Shipping policy

Most of our products are custom-made and require production. The production time varies for each product and is noted on the product listing. Please contact us for any inquiries.

Once production is complete, most products are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground. Certain items, such as Bespoke Bamboo Shades and Curtains, are shipped overseas via Air Freight Shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 days. Sample swatches are shipped using USPS First Class Mail (Economy), with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

Shipping is currently available within the continental USA. For other regions, please contact us to confirm availability and any additional fees.

For any shipping damages or missing packages, please contact us immediately and send photos of the issue to hello@mood.design. Failure to report issues promptly may forfeit your right to a replacement or refund.
